Shipping & returns
We have adapted our store policy for the duration of our closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Any purchase made on our E-Commerce site will have 10 days to return for a refund.
Clothing must come back in original condition with all tags. If clothing is not returned in original condition there will be 10% re-stocking fee charged. The 10 day refund store policy does not apply to any purchases made outside of our E-Commerce site.
There are items that are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
We offer in-store pick-up during normal business hours and Ground Shipping.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to ship. Please contact us separately for all international orders.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
